Meta-Oxy Testing Instructions
Meta-Oxy Testing InstructionsThe meta-Oxy test by Systemic Formulas is the best way to show inflammation at the cellular level. The test is a very simple urine analysis and has been shown to be 50 times more accurate than a blood test in observing cellular inflammation.
Testing can be done in your doctor’s office or at home (if your doctor is practicing virtually). If you’re taking the test at home, simply take a picture of test results and send to your practitioner to evaluate.
Directions if you’re taking Meta-Oxy test at home:
Your doctor should provide the following: plastic urine cup, plastic pipette, colorimetric chart, and testing vial, which has a clear reagent in it. The chemical in the testing vial reacts with the aldehydes (especially malondialdehyde) in your urine and produces anywhere from a clear to a red color in the small vial.
- Collect a small amount of urine in a plastic cup. Use pipette to take 1ml of urine and pipe into small glass testing vial with a reagent in it.
- Wait 60 seconds for the testing vial to turn color.
- Take picture of your testing vial at the 60-second mark to send to your doctor to evaluate (if virtual).
- Remember to re-test every 30 days during the program to observe progress.
